The Right Technique of Using a Waterless Car Wash

You all are familiar with waterless car wash, which is nothing but is a high lubricity pre-mixed spray used to remove the dirt and road grime off your car's surface. This spray should only be used for vehicles with light dirt accumulation. The good thing about this spray is that you don't need water at all to clean your vehicle.

There are several waterless car washes available, but identifying the best among those is a difficult job, especially when you don't know much about those. According to experts products containing carnauba wax can be a good option for car cleaning. Carnauba wax is a wax of the leaves of palm Copernicia prunifera plant.

Best Waterless Car Wash

Having the best waterless car wash is not enough as it is necessary to follow the right technique to clean the vehicle. There are a lot of things that you have to take care of.

Choose Cleaning Towels Carefully

A towel made of soft cotton cloth is ideal for cleaning a vehicle as it provides a deep nap for dirt to accumulate without rubbing the paint.

Technique of Using Waterless Wash
  • Fold your towel so that there are more usable sides.
  • Rather than spraying the liquid over the surface, divide the cleaning job into parts. Start from the top of the car and when you are done with it, then move to other section, which could be bonnet, side doors or the back door.
  • After spraying the car wash, wipe lightly in one direction. Don't apply significant pressure because doing so can cause micro scratches, which you don't want.
  • When you are wiping the surface, pay attention to the cleanliness as the towel would become soiled from one side after cleaning a dirty surface.
If you follow this technique, then you would surely get successful in maintaining a showroom-like look of your vehicle for long.
